Organic flour, spring water, sourdough starter, organic pumpkin seeds, organic sunflower seeds, organic black sesame seeds, and sea salt.

Baked the morning of your pickup or delivery. Keep at room temperature, cut-side down, for up to three days, or slice and freeze for up to three months. No preservatives, ever.
