Freshness & storage
Baked fresh the week of Thanksgiving. Keep loaves cut-side down on a board, or in a paper or cloth bag, for up to three days. Want it extra fresh for Thursday? Freeze it the day it arrives, then warm it at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes before dinner.
