Good to know

Holiday ordering, answered.

When will my order arrive?

All Thanksgiving orders are delivered on Wednesday, November 25, the day before Thanksgiving. Delivery is a flat $5 anywhere in our Jacksonville and St. Augustine delivery area.

Can I pick up at a market instead?

Not for Thanksgiving. Holiday orders are delivery only, so everything arrives at your door on Wednesday, November 25. You can still find us at the markets that weekend for regular bakes.

Can I choose flavors in the bundles?

Yes. On each bundle's page you can pick your loaf, dinner rolls, bagels, pumpkin bread and cinnamon roll flavor (OG, pumpkin or apple). Upgrades are priced right in the options.

How do I keep my bread fresh until Thursday?

Keep loaves cut side down on a board, or in a paper or cloth bag, for up to three days. Want it extra fresh? Freeze it the day it arrives, then warm it in a 350°F oven for 10 to 15 minutes before dinner.

Can I add regular menu items to my order?

Of course. Add anything from the shop to the same order and it will come together.

Why do pre-orders close early?

Everything is made to order by hand, and our ovens only hold so much. Closing orders early lets us bake every loaf fresh for the holiday week. When the menu sells out, it's gone.
